Yağmur AKTAN graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law and has been actively practicing in Intellectual Property and Copyright Law since the start of her career.

Before joining INVOKAT, she worked as a legal counsel for companies and law firms specializing in Intellectual Property Law, managing both local and global trademark. and design portfolios.

Her areas of expertise include trademark and design applications, process management, litigation strategy, licensing, and contractual matters. She is currently overseeing business development processes in our company, focusing on expanding client relations and strategic growth initiatives.

She is fluent in English.
